Shipping Policy
All our products will be shipped within 3-7 business days.
We will not ship and deliver products on weekends and public holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns/Replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, or missing or wrong products delivered. Moreover, return requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The products have to be sent to the registered address: 802, Anita Enclave, Jai Singh Highway, Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302016.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Ideal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Ideal, at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s):
i. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
ii. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction that is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
iii. For any reason outside the control of the Ideal, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties. Refund/cancellation policies are applicable in the following conditions:
a) In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.
b) In case, the item ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the order can still be canceled online. The total order amount after the deduction of shipment and handling charges will be refunded. The refund will be processed once NDR receives the originally ordered item back intact from the courier.
