Exchange Policy

• Replacements are accepted for unused products only if they are:
  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Missing
  • Incorrect products delivered
• Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• To help process exchanges smoothly, customers are advised to record a video while unboxing the product as proof of damage or discrepancy.

Ideal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Transactions not in accordance with our Terms of Use
• Situations beyond our control, including delivery-related logistical difficulties

Refund/Cancellation scenarios:

• Orders cannot be canceled after the item has been dispatched.
